Immo killer is a software for repairing, bypassing or “virginizing” the immobilizer of the Engine Control Module (ECM) of some cars.

IMMO Killer works by processing the dump files from the Immobilizer EPROM of the ECM and depending on the case, it removes or virginize the immobilizer system, so you may use an used ECM or make it accept new keys. You will need to use a regular EPROM programmer to read the contents of the EPROM in your ECU, then process it with the ImmoKiller software and finally write the processed file back to the Immobilizer EPROM. When the process is done, your car should start if you are using new keys or if you replaced the ECM by an used ECM. This is and instant download of the Immokiller software (EPROM programmer NOT included).

How to Use IMMO Killer?

You can use a programmer to read the contents of the immobilizer eproms, and then Immo Killer does some changes to the memory dump, which is then written back to eprom using the programmer, and the car is immobilizer free.

Immo Killer works on files so you need several programmers to read and write the devices you work with. Working with the software involves:

1.Choosing the car type and ECU type

2.Loading the right file

3.Starting the program

4.Saving the modified file or loading the decoded PIN or VIN codes

5.Programming the target system with the modified file

How to read pin code from engine ECU
This procedure works with Opel Immo2 cars ONLY!

Switch ignition ON, Start software, and select engine ecu type from menu.
Press 'Connect Selected ECU' button, after 5 seconds the data of the ECU will be shown on screen.
Press 'Read PIN', software will read data from the engine ecu and after few seconds two pin codes will be displayed on screen. One for petrol engine and one for diesel engine. Choose the correct pin code depending on engine type - diesel or petrol. If you have selected wrong ecu, 'message lost error'will be issued, and the connection with ecu will be terminated. You can select other ecu, and can try again.
Warning: Selecting 'Delco All Types' will read pin code but also will set trouble code 0602 in engine ecu, which can't be erased!!! Use this option only if you don't care about this trouble code!
Connect immo2, and press'Special functions'. New window will be open. Select desired operation and after that enter the correct pin code. The commands 'Clear engine ecu' and 'Clear immobiliser2' requires additional wait time, from 10 minutes to several hours in the worst case. The car have to be left with ignition switched ON during this wait time! During this wait time, you can turn off your laptop.
